How to request a commission

Send me DM on Twitter or an e-mail to [email protected] with:

  • Type of commission chosen

  • Character name

  • References pictures (2 or 3 are enough) or a description about the body and face features.(ref pictures are very useful)

  • Small description about personality and age. Note that faces may not look 100% alike the faceclaim, it's just to have an idea about the face features.

  • Pose preference(if you have)

  • Paypal email

Terms of service

  • Payment: 50% of the price to reserve the slot and the other 50% after the sketch. Done by PayPal invoice.

  • WIP's & updates: A link to a Trello Card will be sent with wip dates and progress . WIP dates can soffer delay or advance of 1 or 2 days but the deadline remains the same. Example here

  • Deadline: The commission art will be finished in 3 weeks. If several alterations are requested, the deadline might be adjusted. Illustrations might take 1 month.

  • Final product: Finished commission files will be sent by email through an onedrive link. The link contains a .png file and pdf file in CMYK for print if required.

  • Print: If you wish to print the commission art, send the paper size preference in the email with the character details. You can check out paper sizes here. I usually work from A5 to A1.

  • Commercial use: A fee is calculated depending on each case and applied to the base price. The fee will correspond to 15% to 25% of the base price.

  • Refund : A refund can occur in the following conditions:

1. If deadline is 1 week overdue, 50% refund can be requested. A new deadline will be set.
2. If for some reason i won't be able to work on the commission and you have already made the payment.

Commissions with detailed background, prices depends of number of characters(max 4) and how complex it is (perspective, dynamic pose, etc)

My name is Marcela, I've been drawing since I was a kid, I started working with commission art in 2017 on Deviantart (old times) and did some freelance work in this meantime.
My biggest motivation is continue to bring ideas to life with my skills acquired through courses and personal studies.
Most of my experience is with high fantasy themes and character illustration.
